Below is My "Miracle Diet"
I Lost 8 Stone (112 Pounds) In Six Months



This Diet Is Not To Be Followed For More Than 13 Days. From Day 14 Onwards You Must Eat Normally Without Excess. If You Follow This Diet Without Deviation You Will Loose Between 14 And 16lbs, As It Alters The Metabolism Of The Body. Later On As You Eat Normal All Fattening Foods But Without Excess. i.e.: Bread, Cakes, Fatty Meats, Starches, Etc. You  Should Not Put On Any Weight For The Next 3 Years. Lemon Juice Can Be Used On Any Vegetable Or Salad. Drink As Much As You Want Of Water, Lemon Juice, Coffee & Tea Without Milk Or Sugar.

Breakfast Black Tea
Lunch Braised Sprouts & 
2 Raw Tomatoes & 1 Fruit
Evening 2 Hard Boiled Eggs 
Meat Salad
Thursday
Breakfast Black Tea & 1 Crispbread
Lunch 1 Hard Boiled Egg, Carrot 
& Cheese
Evening Large Steak & Salad
Friday
Breakfast Black Coffee
Lunch White Fish & 
2 Raw Tomatoes
Evening Large Steak & Salad
